Yard Range Closure!!!
Dozer work is scheduled
for the 200yd & 450yd Ranges. This will require
that the 100yd Range be closed between the hours of
9am to 2pm on the following dates: May 21st, 22nd &
23rd, 2013.

Eddie Eagle GunSafe Program used
at Myrtle Creek Elementary.
The South Umpqua Rod
and Gun Club contacted Myrtle Creek Police Chief; Don
Brown today (10/30/2012), to thank him and his officers
for their use of the NRA's Eddie Eagle GunSafe Program
at Myrtle Creek Elementary School yesterday. They
used the Eddie Eagle program during the safety training
program they present at local schools. Chief Brown
stated it was in partnership with our Douglas County
Sheriff's Office. We have extended our thanks
to Sheriff John Hanlin and his officers.
